As I help individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their mental health goals, I provide a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space. My approach is client-centered, warm, and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic methods to ensure that our work is both effective and meaningful. I affirm all genders, races, sexualities, ethnicities, and faiths, and offer sessions in both English and Spanish.

In our work together, I will challenge and empower you, hold space for both grief and joy, and help you develop greater insight, coping skills, resilience, and self-compassion.
