Ashley Suess, MS, MHC-LP

Clinical therapist

Ashley Suess is a provisionally licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) in the state of New York. She holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University. She is dedicated in provided a warm, welcoming and safe space to provide a therapeutic counseling service. Ashley has a wide range of experience with individuals of all adult ages, (18+) with complex trauma, mood disorders, crisis intervention and addiction. She is committed to creating a unique treatment plan  with individualized goals and interventions to assist you in making a life worth living.

 

Ashley works with a plethora of theories and interventions but enjoys and is skilled  incorporating person-centered, solution-focused and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) into talk therapy treatment to help build skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and finding balance. Of course, treatment will be tailored and individualized to the client's needs by taking a collaborative approach to get an understanding as to what the client is looking for.
