Casey's Message to Clients

Trusting someone with your story, the highs and the lows, takes a great deal of courage. I believe that we are each a puzzle made up of thousands of pieces to be put together, taken apart, rotated, and seen from more than one perspective. I want to help you put your puzzle together – to show you where some pieces may connect, may not fit, or need to be studied more closely – to have a complete picture of you.

As a team, we can identify how your thoughts and feelings have influenced your behavior over time using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. We can analyze how your behaviors, patterns of thinking, or emotional reactions may be incompatible with the life you want to lead and make changes to build a more fulfilling life. I also utilize a Motivational Interviewing (MI) technique to foster empathy, explore ambivalence, and support self-efficacy to progress toward your short-term and long-term goals. If you are in need of support, I invite you to reach out and start your therapeutic journey with me.
