Do you ever feel that you just want to hide? Everything seems so overwhelming. You forget to breathe. Your friends invite you out and you say no, but what you really want to say is yes. You continue to miss opportunities and always think about excuses to come up with to avoid being in situations that make you feel uncomfortable. You are lonely and often feel isolated, but it feels so scary to put yourself out there. You are not even sure who you really are outside of your worries. You feel that no one can really understand you or what you are going through.

You once loved your job, yet you often find yourself feeling burned out and unable to enjoy things the way you used to. You feel that you need to be seen as capable and ready to handle anything that gets dropped in your lap. While you love helping others so much, you are not used to accepting that kind of support yourself. Let’s change that.

Therapy is hard work and tough. But so are you! I know what it feels like when no one gets you. I truly get it. Together we can work on getting you to the place you want to be in. I can provide the guidance and support that will help you fulfill the areas in your life that you’re coming up short on. It feels like life is a constant struggle, and catching a break seems impossible. Perhaps you've experienced trauma that lingers, adding an extra layer of difficulty to your daily challenges.

You yearn for a sense of relief, to escape from the pressures and stressors of life. Simple tasks become monumental, and you forget what it's like to feel unencumbered. Despite having connections, you feel alone in your journey. Loneliness and isolation have become familiar companions as you attempt to self-preserve by creating physical and emotional distance. In the midst of it all, you've lost touch with who you truly are, overshadowed by persistent worries. It seems like nobody really understands the depth of your struggles.

The pressure to appear capable and ready for anything has left you neglecting your own well-being. Despite your natural inclination to help others, accepting support for yourself feels foreign.

I've been in that place where it feels like nobody understands. Together, we can embark on the journey to the place you want to be. I offer the understanding, guidance, and support you need to bridge the gaps in your life. If you're looking for a therapist who comprehends your struggles, let's connect. This way, he can ensure that every single one of his clients gets all of their needs met in a way that works for them.

Jesse’s Message to clients

Have you ever felt like you just couldn’t move forward? Like you’re being held down by the past and just can’t seem to move on? You want to take risks and get out into the world but are worried that anything that can go wrong will go wrong. When people ask what’s wrong, you can’t explain it, but you know that your struggles are real. There’s so much that you want to enjoy, but you’re held back because you don’t know if you can handle it. Sometimes nothing sounds better than to curl up into a ball and hide away. And yet you are expected to continue with your daily life as if there is nothing wrong. But it doesn’t need to be this way. There is hope.

Often your past experiences can feel like a wet blanket, over you at all times, influencing you in ways that you may not understand. Ways that nobody seems to understand. Ways that you would do anything to understand and unravel. Therapy is truly about understanding yourself in ways that you never before thought possible. And working together with your therapist to become the best version of who you are.

Whether you think that your problems are too big or too small for therapy, or if you are already convinced that therapy is right for you and are just looking for the right fit, I am here for you. You are one of a kind, and you deserve for your therapy to be one of a kind as well. Don’t hesitate. Reach out and allow me to come along with you on your therapeutic journey.

Do you really know YOU?

Are you seeking to define who you are? Know what you want? Identify and grow your strengths? Identify personal or professional passions? Finish high school strong and start to “adult?” Adult better? Parent or Family better? Explore self-care strategies to feel empowered and grounded? Love and be loved with confidence? Enjoy your relationship again? Start over in a new career or after divorce? End negative patterns that stunt you?

Whether you’re 13, 23, 33, 43, 53, every age in between and beyond each phase in life presents amazing challenges and chances for growth. “Health” truly “is wealth,” and we’re fortunate to enjoy the biggest humankind awareness to date that this too includes mental health. Our minds are amazing tools capable of healing, creating, self-expression, self-actualization, making new connections, and innovation.

We often and easily self-care for our bodies – go to the gym/ salon/barber, adapt a clothing style, shower/ shave/ scent yet many of us neglect the mind connection to health. Could you benefit from a safe space to reflect, vent, explore, learn, find support, grow your own accountability and toolbox to conscientiously craft a happy life?
